THIS SATURDAY FOLKS!!
It is that time of year again! This year's Aldeby fireworks will be on Saturday 11th November at 7pm lasting 12 minutes and choreographed to music. They will be at the usual location in Lily Lane Aldeby. Follow the signs from the MacDonald's roundabout at Beccles or Haddiscoe village hall junction. Access will be via the Haul road which is uneven so drive slowly and carefully along it. Gates open at 5 and there will be music, food and coffee stalls and a bar. THIS YEAR THERE IS NO TICKET FEE JUST TURN UP but there will be buckets and a suggested donation of £5. We are asking that you bring cash as the poor phone signal on site makes card readers cranky Any profits we make this year will be donated to MacMillan cancer care.
Things to know ....
The field is VERY wet so bring wellies or boots and if you are bringing a car follow the instructions of the marshals.
Please only use sparklers in the "sparkler zone" and drop them in the bin provided ... discarded sparklers can be chewed by and kill cattle.
