I have become accustomed to performing murder mysteries in nice hotels and country mansions but was reminded, at the weekend, where it all began. Back in the mid 90s, long before To Die For Events was even thought of, I was asked to write a murder mystery for my local village hall as a fundraiser. It was a success and enjoyed by everyone who attended and the rest, as they say, is history.
I was thrilled then, over 25 years later to perform another one for them last weekend. I wrote a new one set at a wedding fair in the hall and I am glad to say it was enjoyed just as much as my early attempts.
Thanks Burgh St Peter Village hall for inviting me, I am glad we had a successful night and raised much needed funds for the running of this vital community hub.
