A Magical Place

It is so easy to become complacent. We recently had some guests spending"A night at the Museum" and their review on Air BnB described it as a magical place. I thought, that is nice but that is as far as my thought process went, until at dusk last night I looked out of the window and in the field was a muntjak deer, and a barn owl sitting on a post. I then took Misha the mad spaniel for a walk and the bats were out getting a meal before it starts to turn cold. It was then that I realised what they meant and how lucky I am.
